Ramaphosa blames climate change impact as floods devastate the Eastern Cape [SOUND]

# President Cyril Ramaphosa says the deadly floods in the Eastern Cape are a clear sign of the growing impact of climate change. During his visit to Mthatha, he said floods during winter are unusual and show how climate change is disrupting weather patterns.
