# Tshwane metro has confirmed that township plans for Pretorius Park Ext 40 have been approved. This approval will pave the way for relocating Cemetery View and Plastic View residents. The new development will offer 863 housing units, including 300 government-subsidised homes. Construction drawings are being finalised, with a contractor set to be appointed in the 2025/26 financial year.
