# The University of Fort Hare recently launched an impactful community initiative aimed at supporting the development of young children at Alice Primary School through Kinderkinetics lessons. Kinderkinetics targets children from birth to age 13, with a focus on promoting optimal gross motor and neuromotor development. Registered Kinderkineticist, Xonnè Muller, says activities are tailored to address developmental milestones, enhance coordination, and build foundational movement skills, all while making fitness fun.
