# The MK Party has opened a case of crimen injuria against the DA’s mayoral candidate for Johannesburg, Helen Zille, after an alleged profane and vulgar outburst during a political debate in August. Representatives of MK, ActionSA and the Patriotic Alliance also joined the conversation, where Zille allegedly directed profane language at ActionSA’s Ayanda Allie. Television channel Moja Love reportedly decided not to air the segment because it couldn’t get the panellists’ signed release forms. MK and ActionSA urged the channel to broadcast the debate.
