Minister Ntshavheni says SA determines its domestic policy based on the best interests of citizens

# Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says that while South Africa wants foreign capital, it wants it to build processing, beneficiation and manufacturing capacity on home soil. The country recorded 49.8-billion-rand in foreign direct investment inflows during the second quarter of this year. Minister Ntshavheni says the country’s energy, telecommunications and mining rules are made by South Africans, under the Constitution, to serve their development. She adds that the country determines its domestic policy based on the best interests of citizens, while providing fair market access for all partners.
