# The Motor Industry Staff Association has criticised the criminal justice system after Zimbabwean businessman Lawrence Mudzinganyama was released on a warning over alleged threats to kill women at a Sandton restaurant in Johannesburg. He is expected to appear in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court on 1 October.
