Chinese authorities warn of heavier rain as Typhoon Dolphin is downgraded to tropical storm

# Chinese authorities have downgraded Typhoon Dolphin to a tropical storm. More than a million people were evacuated from their homes in eastern China including Shanghai on Sunday as the typhoon made landfall. It also forced Shanghai’s two airports to cancel more than one-thousand-300 flights. While the storm is moving inland within China, authorities have warned that days of heavy rain could trigger widespread flooding and landslides through Wednesday. Meanwhile, in the Philippines, seven people are missing after a landslide intensified by Typhoon Dolphin.
