Among the deliverables are fostering psychological safety and trust, including facilitation of the employee-healing process and courageous conversations. The PIC says the scope of intervention should also include executive and leadership alignment, and behavioural change and adoption. The asset manager is in a crisis following the suspension of CEO Patrick Dlamini and the resignation of board chairperson David Masondo, and several non-executive directors.
