# The Madlanga Commission has agreed to hear the testimony of Witness S behind closed doors. Chairperson Mbuyiseli Madlanga ordered the witness to give evidence on a date yet to be determined, prohibiting the publication of identitiy, occupation or any details that could identify the person. This means the testimony will only be attended by commissioners, evidence leaders, legal representatives and certain commission officials. The commission investigates allegations of criminality and political interference in the criminal justice system.
