# The World Health Organisation has warned that public health conditions in Gaza are catastrophic, with hospitals operating far beyond capacity. Less than 50-percent of hospitals and 38-percent of primary healthcare centres are partly functional in Gaza. Since the start of 2025, 148 people have died from malnutrition, including 49 children.
