SA Human Rights Commission policy brief calls for the protection of water infrastructure [SOUND]

# Criminals are motivated to damage South Africa’s water infrastructure because there are lucrative contracts to be gained from repair work. This is according to the SA Human Rights Commission Policy Brief entitled, How to Address Systemic Sabotage of Essential Water Infrastructure. University of the Western Cape’s Post-Doctoral Researcher, doctor Johandri Wright, who helped develop this policy brief, says anyone who tampers with or sabotages water infrastructure must be charged with terrorist activity:
