US House of Representatives passes a resolution to rein in Trump’s powers to attack Iran [SOUND]

# The US House of Representatives has passed a resolution to limit president Donald Trump’s war powers in Iran. The vote was 215-to-208, with four Republicans crossing party lines to support the resolution. It still needs approval from the Republican-controlled Senate. This forces Trump to seek congressional backing for his military actions. House speaker Mike Johnson says a war powers resolution right now is very untimely, given the current US-Iranian peace negotiations:
