# The United Nations says the agreement reached by Ukraine and Russia on freedom of navigation and security in the Black Sea is a crucial step for global food security. While Ukraine has agreed to stop using military force in the Black Sea, the Kremlin has put forward far-reaching conditions for signing up to the partial truce.
