# The United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory has concluded that Israel’s actions in Gaza constitute genocide. In a new report, among a long list of accusations is Israeli targeting of civilians that it has a legal obligation to protect, and the imposition of inhumane conditions, causing the death of Palestinians.
