UN chief rejects Israel’s new proposal to control aid deliveries into Gaza [SOUND]

# United Nations secretary-general, António Guterres, has rejected a new Israeli proposal to control aid deliveries in Gaza, saying as aid has dried up, the floodgates of horror have re-opened. No aid has been delivered to the Palestinian enclave of some 2.1-million people since March second. Israel has said it would not allow the entry of goods and supplies into Gaza until Hamas releases all remaining hostages. Guterres says Gaza is a killing field and civilians are in an endless death loop:
