# The United Democratic Movement leader Bantu Holomisa says its survival over nearly three decades is the result of consistency in values, leadership and engagement with communities rather than access to resources. Addressing delegates at its Sixth National Congress in KuGompo City, Eastern Cape, Holomisa said the party has long championed good governance, anti-corruption efforts and accountability in public office.
