Two major AI companies in the US are heading to the stock market

# The manufacturer of ChatGPT, Open-A-I, confidentially filed for a US initial public offering, joining rival Anthropic in ​a push toward the stock market as investors seek exposure to the artificial intelligence boom. Open-A-I did not disclose the size or terms of the offering, saying a timeline has ‌not yet been determined. Reuters reports the A-I giant is targeting a valuation of up to 16.5-trillion-rand in a stock market debut that could come as early as September. Anthropic announced a week ago it had filed for an IPO.
