# Gauteng Education MEC Matome Chiloane has expressed sadness at the passing of two Grade 5 boy learners from Dan Radebe Primary School in Duduza, Ekurhuleni. They are suspected to have drowned after their bodies were discovered in a water pond last Friday. The department’s spokesperson, Steve Mabona, says the pond was reportedly formed by excavations at a nearby construction site:
