The termination of the Temporary Protected Status will affect as many as 350-thousand Haitians and six-thousand Syrians in America. Meanwhile, in a separate ruling, the court has revived a controversial policy that aims to curb the number of asylum seekers processed at the US-Mexico border. Migrants will not be entitled to apply for asylum until they set foot in America.
