In the women’s draw, top seed Bulgaria’s Aryna Sabalenka beat Russia’s Anna Blinkova, 6-3, 6-4, while Britain’s Emma Raducanu suffered a 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 defeat to Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk.
