# The SPAR Group announced its independent non-executive chairman Mike Bosman and deputy chair Shirley Zinn have resigned from the board with immediate effect. Bosman served as chairman since December 2022, while Zinn joined the board in 2023. Lwazi Koyana, currently an independent non-executive director and Risk Committee chair, has been appointed interim chairman. SPAR says its executive team remains unchanged under Group CEO Reeza Isaacs, while a process to appoint successors is underway.
