# The Nasrec Expo Centre in Soweto has been confirmed as the venue for the G20 Leaders Summit in November. Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says hosting the event at the historic site reinforces efforts to reverse apartheid-era spatial planning. Located near Soccer City, the minister said that Nasrec is known for large expos like Electra Mining Africa and will now host one of the world’s top political gatherings:
