# Solidarity has launched a defamation case against the minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, after she accused the trade union of spreading misinformation. This is over farm murders and alleged white genocide in South Africa. In its founding affidavit filed in the High Court in Pretoria, Solidarity wants the court to declare that it has been unlawfully defamed by Ntshavheni.
