# Soccer: World governing body Fifa is considering a playoff between Los Angeles and Club America from Mexico for a place at the Club World Cup in America. This follows the disqualification of Club Leon from Mexico over multi-club ownership rules. Fifa president Gianni Infantino says they should have the result of Leon’s appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in the next few weeks and will then make a decision. Thirty-two teams will take place in the tournament which takes place from 14 June to 13 July.
