An Alexis Mac Allister goal secured a 1-0 victory for Liverpool over 15-time winners Real Madrid. Tottenham Hotspur thrashed Copenhagen 4-0 while Juventus played to a 1-1 draw against Sporting CP. There were also wins for Atletico Madrid and Monaco.
