# The Special Investigating Unit has welcomed the judgment of the High Court in Pretoria, dismissing an urgent application brought by businessman Morgan Maumela and the trustees of the MHR Maumela Family Trust. They were seeking to stop the sale of a Ferrari valued at no less than 9.5-million-rand. The luxury vehicle is among assets preserved by the SIU amid its probe into corruption and maladministration at Tembisa Hospital. SIU spokesperson Selby Makgotho says the vehicle was bought with money obtained through irregular tenders:
