# Businessman Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni says security company Gubis85 gifted him a bakkie as a token of appreciation for their relationship. Testifying at the Madlanga Commission, Sibanyoni said the company confirmed in writing that the gift was for his birthday and not linked to any contract, favour or procurement opportunity. Responding to Commissioner Sesi Baloyi, he revealed a long standing relationship between Gubis85, and his foundation before the gift:
