# Suspended deputy national police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya is expected to seek a postponement of his disciplinary hearing scheduled for Monday. His lawyers argue he’s not able to proceed while he remains in custody at Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Centre. The disciplinary proceedings relate to Madlanga commission allegations, including the alleged transfer of more than 120 political killings task team dockets from KwaZulu-Natal to Pretoria. Sibiya also faces criminal charges and is awaiting his bail application on Wednesday.
