# The Durban Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in KwaZulu-Natal has postponed the case of seven people accused of being part of a fake passport syndicate to Friday for legal aid and a bail application. Home Affairs officials are allegedly also involved in the scam. They face charges of fraud, corruption, and immigration law violations. National Prosecuting Authority regional spokesperson Natasha Ramkisson-Kara says these passports were processed after hours, on weekends, and public holidays:
