# The sentencing of convicted murderer Bafana Mahungela has been postponed to November 23. Mahungela was found guilty in September of murder, kidnapping, attempted rape and defeating the ends of justice, of Johannesburg teacher Kirsten Kluyts, at George Lea Park in Sandton. He appeared in the High Court in Johannesburg where sentencing proceedings were expected to begin, however, the court heard that the presiding judge was unavailable and the pre-sentencing report had not been submitted.
