# The South African Social Security Agency has urged social grant beneficiaries to make use of its e-Life Certification self-service platform to complete life certification. The agency says some beneficiaries were unable to access the self-service portal after being notified to complete the e-Life Certification verification process. SASSA says the issues have now been resolved. It says e-Life Certification is aimed at protecting the integrity of the social grants system while making the process more convenient for beneficiaries.
