# The South African Democratic Teachers’ Union has welcomed a Johannesburg High Court ruling allowing the reconvening of the Congress of South African Trade Unions’ 15th National Congress. The Congress resumes today in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, and will continue until Thursday, to complete its outstanding business. SADTU’s spokesperson, Nomusa Cembi has described the judgment as a victory for worker democracy, the sovereignty of Congress, and the supremacy of the COSATU Constitution:
