SA National Petroleum Company finalises agreement for operations despite delay

# The South African National Petroleum Company is set to operate as a fully-fledged Central Energy Fund subsidiary. This follows a reached agreement with employees of the merging entities, including iGas, PetroSA, and SFF. The company aims to oversee South Africa’s petroleum resources, enhancing energy security and economic growth. The petroleum company says a phased employee transfer and strategic lease model are key to optimising legacy assets, including PetroSA’s gas-to-liquid refinery.
