Russian oil refinery suspends operations after drone attack

# A Russian oil refinery in the south-western region of the country has temporarily suspended operations after being damaged in a drone attack. The governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, said Russian air-defence units destroyed about 50 drones over the region overnight. There were no casualties at the refinery.
