# Rugby: Springbok Women’s Sevens player Shiniqwa Lamprecht is set to make her debut for the University of Pretoria’s Tuks Women’s 7s team at the University Sports South Africa Rugby 7s Championships in September. She made her Olympic debut in 2024 as a reserve in the match against Fiji in Paris. Lamprecht, who is also a Sports Science student at UP, says she draws inspiration from rugby greats like Springbok legend Danie Gerber and New Zealand’s Sonny Bill Williams.
