# The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa has introduced 17 new long-distance buses to its City to City fleet, the first new buses acquired since 2010. Transport minister Barbara Creecy says the new fleet will help expand access to safe, reliable and affordable public transport. The modern coaches feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, charging points and advanced safety technology. They will serve routes connecting Gauteng with Limpopo and the Eastern Cape. Creecy adds the new buses are also more fuel-efficient.
