Polyco and Swellendam Municipality partner to boost local recycling [SOUND]

# The plastics recycling organisation, Polyco and Swellendam Municipality in the Western Cape have joined forces to improve recycling and stop illegal dumping. The partnership will pay residents for recyclables through the packa-ching programme, support waste collectors, and run recycling education in schools and communities.
