Makate alleges fraud and forgery against Elsdon linked to a claim for 40-percent of his Vodacom settlement. Vodacom reportedly paid Nkosana Makate about 550-million-rand. Elsdon, has denied any wrongdoing and rejected allegations of criminal conduct. This has been a long-running legal battle over compensation from the Please Call Me settlement.
