# The People’s Movement for Change says president Cyril Ramaphosa’s claim that the ANC should learn from DA-run municipalities, is an insult to residents of the Western Cape. The movement’s spokesperson, Zandré Allen says if Ramaphosa knew his country, he would know that in Khayamandi, families still live in poverty with no real housing opportunities. He says in Khayelitsha, the largest township in Cape Town, people still queue for basic services while inequality widens:
