# The National Youth Development Agency has reaffirmed its support for the continuation of triple B-BEE. NYDA deputy chairperson Bonga Makhanya says the policy remains vital in addressing youth exclusion from the economy, particularly among rural and township-based black South Africans. He told SABC News that while triple B-BEE has weaknesses, it has driven transformation in business ownership and employment equity.
