# Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe Sibanyoni and Bafana Sindane have filed an urgent application at the High Court in Mbombela to stop the re-enrolment of their extortion case. Their lawyer argues the arrest warrant procedure was incorrect, saying the accused are not fugitives.
