# The two cases against suspended Organised Crime Unit officer, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi, have been consolidated and postponed to 15 September in the Pretoria Regional Court for disclosure of the dockets. Nkosi faces charges including fraud, theft and defeating the ends of justice. The National Prosecuting Authority secured a centralisation certificate to merge the matters. Nkosi has been in custody since his arrest in April and will remain behind bars until his next court appearance. The State says it has a strong case.
