# The South African Police Service has confirmed it has received a surrender order from the Eswatini government for Siyabonga Gezani and Malusi Dave Ndimande after they abandoned their extradition appeal on Monday. The brothers are wanted in South Africa for a string of cases, including the murders of musician Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane. # The Madlanga commission investigating police corruption, aims to deliver an interim report to president Cyril Ramaphosa before the end of the year, though timelines remain uncertain due to fresh evidence emerging daily. Speaking to the SABC, the commission’s spokesperson, Jeremy Michaels, says investigators and legal teams are working around the clock to address new information and allegations. He confirmed that preparations for phase two of the hearings are underway and should begin soon:
# The World Trade Organisation’s director, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has criticised South Africa, India and Turkey for blocking the Investment Facilitation for Development Agreement. This is a framework that provides global benchmarks to improve the investment and business climate. South Africa’s opposition stems from a 2019 joint position paper with India, which called for no new items to be added to the WTO agenda before the organisation commits to returning to the Doha round of trade negotiations. Okonjo-Iweala says the agreement will be good for poor countries.
# Rugby: Springbok Sevens coach Philip Snyman says he is happy with the squad’s pre-season preparations ahead of the new season of the World Sevens series. The season kicks off with the Dubai Sevens, to be played on 29 to 30 November, before the Blitzboks return to South Africa with the other teams with the aim of defending their Cape Town title next month. Snyman says one of the main aims for this season is to expand the selection base, with an eye on the 2028 Olympics:

# And finally, Mexican president Claudia Sheinbaum has pressed charges against a man who allegedly harassed and groped her during a public appearance. The man broke through a crowd of people greeting Sheinbaum in Mexico City on Tuesday, and appeared to grope and attempted to kiss her. Police say preliminary findings link the man to the alleged harassment of two other women that same day. Sheinbaum, the country’s first female president, says she had to take legal action as no man has the right to violate a woman.
