# The Director of Public Prosecutions in the Western Cape has provisionally withdrawn charges in the one-billion-rand City of Cape Town tender fraud case. This affects former mayoral committee member for Human Settlements, Malusi Booi, alleged 28s gang leader Ralph Stanfield, his wife Nicole Johnson, and other co-accused. The National Prosecuting Authority’s Eric Ntabazalila says Stanfield and Johnson remain in custody on separate criminal charges:
