# Motorsport: Reigning MotoGP champion, Jorge Martin, wants to leave Aprilia after just one season. The Spaniard joined the Italian team after clinching the world championship for Prima Pramac Racing last year. Martin had a nightmare start to the current season, sustaining injuries in a pre-season crash which ruled him out of the first three races, and crashing in his first race in Qatar. He believes he has the option of shortening his conctrat, while Aprilia disagrees and warned other teams not to approach him.
