# The MK Party says it’s concerned about what it calls an uneven application of justice following the arrest of its members of Parliament, Brian Molefe and Siyabonga Gama. The former Transnet executives handed themselves over to the Hawks in connection with a 93-million-rand locomotive tender linked to state capture. Party spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela believes black professionals, especially those linked to the MK Party, are being unfairly targeted:
