MISA wants automotive masterplan expanded to protect all motor industry workers [SOUND]

# The Motor Industry Staff Association says the automotive masterplan 2035 should include the retail motor industry. According to the union, the plan focuses too much on vehicle manufacturing while leaving out dealerships, repair centres and fuel stations. MISA’s Phakamile Hlubi-Majola says more than 311-thousand people work in the retail motor industry and should benefit from the plan. Hlubi-Majola added the masterplan has fallen short of its job and local production targets:
