# Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, says the promotion of human rights is inseparable from economic and social rights. She addressed the 63rd Annual Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation Conference in Uganda on Monday. Kubayi says South Africa remains firmly committed to supporting AALCO’s unique role in amplifying the collective voice of Asia and Africa, and in shaping the progressive development, strengthening multilateralism, collaboration and codification of international law.
