# Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, says the government is moving to improve access to justice for all through the rationalisation of the courts. Cabinet has approved a master plan to redraw court boundaries and establish new seats of justice where they are most needed. This forms part of efforts to ease mounting caseloads and improve access to justice. Kubayi says there will be a phased-in approach for the implementation of the recommendations of the Rationalisation Committee:
