# National police commissioner Fannie Masemola has directed the deployment of Western Cape Serious Violent Crime investigators to track down and arrest all the suspects involved in the brazen attack on three members of Parliament in Philippi, Cape Town. The chairperson of Parliament’s portfolio committee on Police, Ian Cameron, and two of his DA colleagues were victims of an attempted hijacking following their oversight visit to the police training college. Police spokesperson, Nonkululeko Phokane, says one suspect has been arrested:
